Quality is a way of life at OneAPPS. Every OneAPPSian believe in, breath and live by Quality at every moment in their professional life. With a strong impetus and drive from the Management, Quality is practiced as a religion in OneAPPS. Our Quality Policy enshrines CUSTOMER on a high pedestal. OneAPPS has developed and maintains a high-level Quality Management System (QMS), which is grounded in the underlying basic philosophy:
QMS helps OneAPPS to handle very complex projects, where requirements were not clearly defined or the scope changed frequently during development. OneAPPS, practicing SEI CMM Level 4 processes; it is mandatory for OneAPPS to follow these processes at every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Key processes covered by our QMS are: businesses processes and technical and support processes, each including detailed procedures, guidelines, methodologies, templates, forms, checklists and user documentation that will support effective implementation of those processes. All processes have clear ground rules on how to tailor work effectively for all kinds of projects. All quality systems are available on the organization wide Intranet. Honed over several years, these systems have facilitated the creation of a process-oriented mind-set at OneAPPS.
