Our methodology for Software Engineering is composed of many activities, notably the following. These are considered sequential steps in the Waterfall process, but other processes may rearrange or combine them in different ways depending on the need of the product/project development.

Described below are highlights of the development processes used in projects during the various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) developed by our Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) and approved by the Delivery Head to ensure a high degree of acceptability by the Project teams.

The purpose of Software Product Engineering process at OneAPPS is to consistently perform a well-defined engineering process that integrates all the software engineering activities to produce correct, consistent software products effectively and efficiently. For each project/product being developed at OneAPPS a plan covering the following aspects is prepared, reviewed, approved and implemented.

This plan normally is the part of Software Development Plan.

  • Quality objectives and requirements of the product;

  • Processes, documents and resources specifically required for developing the product;

  • The various activities specifically required for verification, validation, monitoring, inspection and testing of the product;

  • Product acceptance criteria;

  • Records to show that the product met the Customer requirements.
